Thank you for choosing to be part of the Positive Practical Parenting Program. I’m honoured to support you on this journey of growth, reflection, and confident parenting. This agreement outlines what you can expect from me, what I ask of you, and the policies in place to ensure clarity, safety, and integrity in our work together.

By enrolling in this program, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Service

This program is created, delivered, and facilitated by me, Luanne Rae, and is designed to offer educational, therapeutic, and science-backed parenting support. Please note that this program is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

The Positive Practical Parenting Program includes:

Access to online modules
Printable and/or fillable workbooks
Optional live Q&A sessions
Ongoing guidance via digital content and resources

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy matters deeply to me. I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or with your direct consent.

Any information you share with me through email, coaching calls, feedback forms, or online communication will be treated with professional confidentiality and care.

All content and support provided through this program are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in this program should be interpreted as medical advice. I encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning or making any significant changes to your parenting practices, especially if you or your child is under medical or psychological care.

This program is not a replacement for individualized assessment, treatment, or diagnosis by a medical professional.

4. Refund Policy

I stand behind the Positive Practical Parenting Program with full confidence. If you complete the full program and do not feel that it has offered you any applicable parenting strategies, I will honour a 100% refund within 60 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

You must submit your request within 60 days of purchase
You must provide proof that you completed all modules and workbooks and attended all 3 live Q&A sessions
Your request must include a short explanation of why the program didn’t work for you

Refunds will not be granted for partial completion, lack of time to engage, or a change of preference. I am committed to supporting families who engage fully with the material.

I may use trusted third-party services (such as payment processors, email platforms, and course hosting sites) to help operate my business. These services have their own privacy policies and practices, and I am not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or services.

You are responsible for maintaining the technology needed to access the course content (such as internet access, a compatible device, and browser). If you experience technical issues, I will do my best to support or direct you to appropriate help, but I cannot guarantee or be held responsible for third-party service interruptions.

This is a learning space rooted in safety, compassion, and curiosity. I ask that you participate with openness, honesty, and kindness—toward both yourself and others in any group settings.

Harassment, disrespectful communication, or misuse of program materials will result in removal from the program without refund.

All materials shared in this program are the intellectual property of Luanne Rae and are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, copy, sell, or distribute this content without my written permission.

This program is intended for parents and caregivers. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If I become aware that information has been collected from a minor without parental consent, I will take steps to delete it.
